Organizing and reveiw staff responsibilities

10/4/13 - Today I will continue to read contracts. Some contracts are more than 30 pages so you have to digest a little at a time. I'm still organizing a business structure and will make sure I haven't left out any important staff responsibilities. Things can and will go smoothly is you have a well written plan structured so that each staff member is given the opportunity to succeed based on a clear understanding of their responsibilities. That's so terribly important to the success of start up businesses. The rest of the day and tomorrow I continue each staff person's separate responsibilities and then combine into the full corporate organizational layout. I should be finished with the section by end of next week. LHM
